Su-Jo is a collection of eight, 3-bedroom villas. The impressive street facing villas are spread across 3 levels and enjoy views to Pigeon House Mountain whilst the rear villas spread across 2 levels catch sneaky water views. Regardless of which side of the driveway your villa is on the level of inclusion and amenity is “two thumbs up”.

Entertainers kitchen
A huge island bench to gather around or serve Christmas lunch from. And, clean up is easy with integrated bins and full size dishwasher. Franke induction cooktop and electric oven. 8 settings of tableware and drinkware provided (additional settings available on request).
Luxury bathrooms
Beautifully appointed bathrooms including full height tiling, freestanding bath and twin showers for that luxurious shower experience. And, bathtime for the kids is easy with a hand shower over the bath.
European laundry
Sometimes we just need to do some washing while on holiday. Washing sucks but we’ve made it easy for you with a front load washing machine and indoor drying rack concealed in a European-style laundry. We also provide the laundry liquid.
Rainy days
For those days when it might be raining or you’re not out and about exploring the region, there’s a few things that we’re sure will keep you entertained in the villa - internet/wi-fi, 65inch Samsung smart TV, table tennis and a non-coin operated arcade machine. We thought as much.
Bedding options
Each ensuite bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedrooms are either a single over double bunk, queen or split king which can be configured as either a king bed or two long singles. Each villa has different bedding options as shown.
Comfort
Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in the main living area. Natural daylight provided through double glazing and high-performance louvre windows which when opened allow cross-ventilation and coastal breezes.
